Hello there! I’ve been professionally cooking for 12+ years and in early 2020, when many of us found ourselves with ample free time, I decided to begin a journey of creating and maintaining a sourdough starter. I immersed myself in the world of bread baking and eventually expanded the scope of my bakes to anything from pizza, bagels and foccacia to babkas, cinnamon rolls, and many, many discard pancakes.
All products are made by me out of my home kitchen using naturally-leavened techniques, 100% organic ingredients, and lots and lots of love! Orders can be placed through the form in the PRODUCTS tab. As of now, I have to put my delivery on hold so I can maximize the amount of time I can bake on Mondays. Pick-up will be Mondays between the hours of 12:00pm-8:00pm from my home near Rancho Bernardo.
