
Hello there! I’ve been professionally cooking for 14+ years and in early 2020, when many of us found ourselves with ample free time, I decided to begin a journey of creating and maintaining a sourdough starter. I immersed myself in the world of bread baking and eventually expanded the scope of my bakes to anything from pizza, bagels and foccacia to babkas, cinnamon rolls, and many, many discard pancakes.
All products are made by me out of my home kitchen using naturally-leavened techniques, 100% organic ingredients, and lots and lots of love! Orders can be placed through the form in the PRODUCTS tab. I bake Thursdays and Fridays and orders are available for pickup any time after 2:00pm near Downtown Napa.
